Install VirtueMart Facebook Connector on your online store. Download it on www.easyvirtuemart.com

Log in to your Facebook account and go to "Applications Website" which will mediate the connection to your online store.

If you are registering an online store for the first time, you will be prompted to authorise your request.

After you have successfully registered the application enter your online store URL (i.e. http://www.yourstore.com). You must have Virtuemart and Virtuemart Facebook Connector installed in order to export data from your store. For necessary details go to www.easyvirtuemart.com.

If there is a Virtuemart installation on the given URL but the Export Component is missing, you will be asked to install it.

In the next step, fill in all general information about your online store on Facebook such as:

Shop name:
Shop Facebook URL (i.e. http://apps.facebook.com/easy-vm/yoururl)
Shop description

After you have filled in all necessary information, you will be given a key that mediates authentication between your online store and Facebook.

Then log in the Joomla! administration on your website, go to the Facebook Connector Settings (Components/VM-FB Connector) and enter the key.

Now your online store is connected to Facebook and you can access it using the Shop Facebook URL (see screen #4).

To add the online store to your Facebook profile go to Easy Virtuemart Facebook page and click on the "Add to my page" button (http://www.facebook.com/apps/application.php?id=186479528050039).

Click on "Add to Page" in the dialog box. Then close the window and go to your Facebook profile where you have to make some necessary settings.

On your Facebook profile, click on the Store tab and choose which online store you want to add (if you have more than one online store).

After confirmation the store will be added. To view the store, refresh the site using F5.
